OUR TEAM
SCOTT VLOET, CPA, CA, LPA Partner
Scott began his career in public accounting in 2002, with stops at various accounting firms both local and international, before venturing out on his own. In 2014 Scott and Ron founded Vloet & Kan LLP.
Scott has extensive experience in both audit and tax, having completed the CICA In-depth Tax Program Parts I & II. He serves a number of clients in the retail, professional, manufacturing and not-for-profit sectors. Scott is a past Canada World Youth participant, having worked both in Tunisia and Quebec, with a keen interest in community and international development.
RONALD KAN, CPA, CA
Partner
Ron is an accountant with years of experience working on everything from public companies, to small businesses, charities, and NPOs.
Prior to founding Vloet & Kan LLP with Scott, he spent most of his career with Deloitte in Canada and the United Kingdom.
Ron is an avid world traveler and golfer.
